The latest Farming Simulator 19 teaser shows how you can destroy your own crops in real time

Giants Software has dropped a new teaser trailer demonstrating the “new field interactions” coming to its upcoming farming sim, Farming Simulator 19.  The video shows off the new features available for crops, including liming, weeding, and herbiciding (I think I just made that word up), as well as footage of how your vehicular wheels can destroy your crops in real-time… although given not all vehicles seem to do this in the teaser, it would appear the feature is optional. That’s not all, though. In a dev blog published earlier this week, the studio confirmed what happens if you let newly ... Read more

And big “non-endemic brands,” or those that are not directly related to games or esports, are coming in as sponsors. Riot Games recently announced that Mastercard has signed on as a global sponsor for the League of Legends World Championships. Overall, esports ... Read more

The odds of getting that special FIFA FUT card you want are really, really low

EA has outlined the odds of getting rare FIFA 19 Ultimate Team (FUT) cards in its first in-game promotion, Ones to Watch. As reported by Eurogamer, the 23 live cards—including special editions of Cristiano Ronaldo and Riyad Mahrez, who each moved clubs before the season began—are tweaked throughout the year to reflect excellent real-life performance, making them just that little bit more desirable than their standard versions. Through a new Show Pack Possibilities feature—a welcomed addition implemented following a ruling from Belgium’s Gambling Commission—it’s now clear to players that there’s less than a one per cent chance of securing a ... Last week we got to see some new stuff from the upcoming Death Stranding, but it was confusing. So I asked you to ‘shop up some explanations for me, and you did a great job. Hideo Kojima, one of the key talents behind Death Stranding, has always leaned pretty hard on questions of “who the hell is this person?” to drive the plots of his games. I’d say 90% of the questions I have about the Metal Gear Solid universe derive from hijinks involving who major characters are and what their allegiance is to. It looks like Death Stranding is ...
