Pathologic is perhaps the best videogame interpretation of the trade, but I’m all in for Fortnite’s Halloween-inspired slant. Contained within the Grim Medicine Gear pack, expect:
- Plague Epic Outfit—1,500 V-Bucks.
- Scourge Epic Outfit—1,500 V-Bucks.
- Harold’s Wand Rare Pickaxe—800 V-Bucks.
- Lamplight Rare Glider—800 V-Bucks.
I think plague doctors are cool, therefore I think this is cool. Imagine a modern day bubonic plague, right? And suddenly these second-rate doctors appear, not professionally trained nor experienced physicians, wearing these bizarre costumes. They promise a cure, but really they’re idealistic, opportunistic snake oil salespeople and glorified census workers. Brilliant.
